Brian Carvalho serves as Director of Mortgage Lending & Business Development for Mechanics Bank. Brian has over 25 years of experience in financial services and sales management across various business lines and geographic markets.

With almost 15 years specifically in the Mortgage industry, he has key experience with both mortgage brokers as well as retail banks in delivering lending solutions for buyers of any background and circumstance. He takes a personal interest in each client providing them with the best solution possible. With a focus on transparency, efficiency and communication, he ensures all parties involved are kept well informed throughout the real estate transaction. This experience allows Brian to not only manage expectations but to avoid potential hazards-ensuring satisfied clients. He takes pride in helping and protecting his client’s interests… all while keeping them smiling and laughing along the way!

Brian takes an active role within the community and is a member of several groups such as NBAOR, NB Chamber of Commerce, LA Chamber of Commerce, ACG Newport Beach, and more. As a former competitive runner, he still remains active with running and enjoys golfing and surfing. Brian remains true to his roots being a die-hard Boston sports fan.
