Frank Coto III is a 4th generation Tampa Native. Frank Founded Lincoln Lending Group in 2003 to fill the gap he found in lending where banks could not provide all necessary mortgage loan products for their clients. Frank and LLG do not charge junk fees like application fees nor do they believe in charging points to buyers unless used to buy down the rate. Frank is a Jesuit HS graduate and attended Florida State University. He then returned to Tampa and was trained as a Loan Originator.
