Jason P. Moeding, the founder of LoanLynx, is a South Florida business native, pioneer, and technology entrepreneur who’s spent the last 18 years as a professional within the real estate finance industry. Jason has first-hand experience navigating the volatile peaks and valleys of cyclical real estate markets, making it his mission to educate Millennials/GenZs, home, and business owners, as well as seniors, about the importance of proper planning and conservative risk management for hedging against market overexposure. He is a University of Florida graduate of the Warrington School of Business and Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS®), and both a licensed mortgage originator and real estate broker in the State of Florida. He offers insightful perspectives when assessing transaction options, as well as a diverse menu of capital solutions, including residential mortgages, government financing, commercial and business funding, and credit restoration incubators.
