I first started in the mortgage industry in 2003. Much like today, it was an extremely exciting time to be in the home loan business. Interest rates were the lowest they had been in 20 years and the housing market was booming. I was drawn to the fast-paced environment and constant growth. My team and I were not only helping borrowers save money with lower rates, but also helping them take cash out from their newly increased equity.
I’m exceptional at understanding client needs and keeping the home financing process as stress-free as possible. It is my job to make customers feel comfortable, knowing that their long-term goals and interests are in good hands and I will always have their back. I do that by utilizing my greatest strength: an ability to listen, understand challenges and find creative solutions that benefit my borrowers.
I define success as helping my clients succeed. Without them and their success, there is no success on my end. That’s why my long-term goals include continuously improving my knowledge of the industry and finding new ways to capture business.
